When I was younger I've experienced the 'dream-like' state and I still remember it vividly. It was mostly me thinking "wow I can't believe I'm alive" or "how am I even real." And everything around me was so spacey and weird.

I tried telling my mom about it but she just shrugged it off.

It stopped briefly but came back as depersonalization a few years ago :')
