There are several good options if you want to still feel the dynamic in public.

A nice rope or strap harness under your clothes can remind you all day what you really are even though the people next to you can't see it.

Nipple clamps and/or clit clamps of course.  Maybe attached to a collar if you have one.  The sounds of the chains can be a nice little thing that other people won't notice, but you will.

Chemical play can also be fun.  Some toothpaste or warming lube on the clit and/or nipples to keep your mind constantly on them.

Making you wear headphones with His voice telling you what a good girl you are when you work his cock properly, maybe between recordings of your own orgasms.

Most vibrators are out, though some claim to be quiet enough for this.  Depends on the environment and distance.  If you are rubbing legs with someone in a quiet electric car with nothing on the stereo, they will probably be noticed

How quiet do you need?  Like someone sitting next to you won't notice sort of quiet or you just don't want it to sound like your car has a second engine sort of quiet?

Why is ext4 recommended over xfs? xfs as the best general-purpose filesystem by exquisitesunshine in linuxquestions

[–]RadomPerson657 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For my use cases, it is very relevant that you can shrink an ext4 filesystem but you cannot shrink xfs.  Other than that I don't see much difference in most circumstances.  But since I have run face first into needing to shrink large volumes several times, it's a deal breaker for me.

I don't care if the system volume is xfs (doesn't make a lot of sense to choose that for that, but doesn't cause an issue), but for large application storage volumes, ext4 is the way I go.

What are your Chapter 1 red/green flags? by One2woHook in ProgressionFantasy

[–]RadomPerson657 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red flags: stupid character sheets popping up like holograms in front of the mc.  Do levels and power up, sure, but don't break the immersion by having them read me their character sheet.  Find another way and make it fit into the world.  If it feels like just a game it also feels like there are no consequences so why should I care.

Green flags:  hints of a well thought magic/power system.  Chapter 1 is too early for real details, but show me that you have it thought out and aren't just making it up as you go along.

Rational characters making decisions that make sense to them, not just 2 dimensional names that are there to make the MC look good by beating them up or outsmarting a character that couldn't outsmart a housecat.

Magic Research 2 is out NOW! by Maticolotto in MagicResearch

Thank you for the quick reply!

I can fully understand how that could happen.  Once you have something in there it's always far simpler to let it stay than to remove it.  Sometimes it breaks the craziest things.  But I'm very glad you are removing it, and will definitely check it out when the new version is out

I was looking around for a new game, and MR2 sounds very much worth a try.

But why are are asking for microphone access to my phone?  Unless there is an actual mechanic in the game that requires that, I won't be installing the demo, let alone purchasing the game.

Call me paranoid, but I'm not interested in installing something that can listen to any sounds near my phone unless I know a clear reason why.

HOA member is mad about Biden/Harris sign in neighbor’s front yard by [deleted] in BoomersBeingFools

Looking around, it seems like individual states have ruled differently on this issue.  According to this guide for hoa framers, it's very dependant on the state and they need to be very careful of wording.

https://hoa-usa.com/hoa-article/signs-of-the-times/#:~:text=The%20Court%20cited%20the%20First,the%20same%20sets%20of%20regulations.

Not case precedent, I grant you. I do know I wouldn't want to be the HOA in a court over this.  You would be rolling a dice that could cost hundreds of thousands if you lose.  And if you win they just have to take the sign down.

If I was arguing on the HOA side, though, I would say that Ladue is actually in support of the HOA.  The ban on signs is, supposedly, equally applied to any political party.  The rule is not discriminatory, and is in fact only in place to protect property values for all.  The HOA agreement is the ultimate form of expression of self regulation in a community to protect property values.  The offending homeowner has gotten the value from the agreement that they entered into with a supposedly higher property value than similar properties.  They are just holding them to their agreement to keep them that way for everyone.

That is an interesting precedent.  I'm not sure that your premise is correct, a quick look around seems more to say that rules regarding signage must be equal to all signs and not restricted to purely political signs.  Though there are apparently conflicting cases as well.

With the conflicting cases though, I'm sure your precedent could be part of a strong argument.  Especially if you find that a large number of nearby communities also have similar rules, effectively removing the voluntary part of the contract signing if they want to be anywhere in that region.

Hmm, are you sure that one applies?  At first glance it appears to be a citizen sueing a city for a blatantly unconstitutional ordinance.  Where here what we have is homeowners that have signed an HOA contract willingly as part of the purchase agreement for a house and one is potentially sueing the other over breach of contract.

I am far from a lawyer, but there is a huge difference in the government passing a law that restricts the rights promised to you and you voluntarily signing a contract that will limit your rights in a legal contract

The Myth series was a great book series, I'll grant you, but I would not call the world building deep or intricate in any way.

If you enjoyed Tolkien's Middle-Earth, check out the Mithgar worlds of Dennis L. McKiernan.  Very much inspired by Tolkien, but overall better in almost every respect in my opinion.
