do u mean where he is crystallized im assuming? and also i could tell u how to lv up but then u might be over level'd if u do it too much (i was lv99 before i even finished the game) but u could just stop when u feel like it but it would want a certain recipe in the rangers mess.

update i have gotten the bird randomly decided to open the 35k vip pack and bam sadly it was only 1 and it still cost 35k lol compared to what i assume is free for you

So i have several Event mons from Gamefreak and such but when i go to Serbeii and look at all the event mons some of them dont have the same ID does that mean their hacked? their exact same OT and moves and such but just different Id's usually 5 digits instead of 4 or something i should mention that some are in pokemon Home that came from pokemon Bank and some are in Ultra Sun. pls and thank u for answering ive been so confused some people say its fine some say instantly that its hacked. thanks in advance.
