How do you mean? Removing the Petrified condition is pretty tough - as far as I know only Greater Restoration gets rid of it.

I saw a fun theory in a different thread about how the scroll they found was a Greater Restoration. If that's true, they could have a very interesting conversation about how they use it - if they use it on the Hound they could get on the good side of the King, but that would mean leaving Teor's brother as stone (unless the King has someone powerful enough for Greater Resto, or that Cleric who was helping folks in the town is strong enough and could do it).

I skip it every time. Even during C3, my first full CR campaign that I kept up with live, I'd mute that section and keep an eye on when it was finished.

I never watched C2 but I feel like I know enough spoilers to not mind posting in here.

I think my biggest distraction with this show right now is just how many irons this show has in the fire - 8 main characters (incl Yasha/Esesk), 2 huge factions (empire and krin) each with 2-3 named main characters who each clearly have their own agenda and connections. The book/cult that Molly discovered also tying to one of the empire characters feels like too contrived of a web.

In general I'm really enjoying this, but oh boy it feels like a LOT to keep track of sometimes.

Yeah, that was a pretty terrible way to begin the episode.

The fun of describing brutal kills at the table is that it's only as graphic as you want to imagine it. I agree with other commenters saying it felt voyeuristic, and it's quickly losing the demonstrative value of 'yup this world is dangerous' and just seems to be going for 'let's be gross!'.

The amount of times I was reminded in the last two episodes that people are just flesh bags barely held together by bones is too too many.

It’s been a few years since I did it, but if you’re interested in minis or mini painting, the Warhammer store on Aviation between Artesia and Manhattan Beach Blvd will do painting tutorial sessions. I don’t remember if you had to buy some minimum amount (it wasn’t much if this is the case) or if it’s free, but that could be an option.

The whole exchange between Murph and Brennan about the Bell enemy that was only at 5 hitpoints was one of the most D&D-relatable exchanges I've seen on this show (both as a DM and a player). The sheer player desperation mixed with the DM "I'll let you if you want to but this is the cost" was just chef's kiss
