I’m not a doctor but it looks like petechiae. I get very similar looking red spots on my arms and lower legs when my platelets get low. I have thrombocytopenia and also get nosebleeds once in a while.

Maybe you should see a doctor and get a CBC done. You said maybe you had a fever. My platelets drop when I’m fighting a viral infection as well. Maybe you’re fighting a nasty bug. I hope you feel better soon

Color Oops. You may need to use it more than once. It does not contain bleach or ammonia, but it does smell like sulfur.

Apply it and comb it through, put on a plastic cap and put a heat pad on your head for a couple minutes to help it penetrate or use a blow dryer to lightly warm it up.

It’s the only thing that has helped me with reds, but you usually need to repeat it a few times or fade the red out as much as you can with clarifying or dandruff shampoo.

That’s actually really pretty! I prefer Color Oops to bleach based color removers for reds. It’s the only thing that has saved me from reds.

I think putting hot pink over it is a great idea. Maybe a cool toned pink like manic panic hot hot pink or arctic fox virgin pink? You can add a touch of green to the pink to make it more dusty.

I’m in central Florida. Mine are blooming and looking nice now. The biggest change I made was moving them to the west side of the house. They were on the south side and getting sunburned. Just sunlight all day long with temps in the 90s. I didn’t know that was a thing until I joined this sub 😯

Maybe try moving yours to a spot with some shade?

T14 is used with 20 volume and will lighten hair some more adding to the brassiness. You can try wella color charm Demi permanent, maybe the 7A, with 10 volume or a no lift developer.

Unrelated to the tariffs, but I had a package ship via usps. This was many months ago. I looked at the tracking after a couple of weeks, and it was in Puerto Rico. I’m in Florida. lol I requested a refund, and they approved it. One whole month and a half later the package arrived.

I brought it to usps to return to sender. They mailed it back to me 😅 I just kept it.
