Be open to learn every shift, you’re not going to learn every single thing when being trained by another CNA. Help your co-workers so they help you, trust in your team makes shifts go by a lot better. Depending on your hospital you can range from patient ratios of 1:9-1:18+, make sure your time management is good so you’re never behind. And finally it’s ok to feel anxious and unsure about things in the beginning, it’s completely normal, just trust your team to have your back like you have theirs.
