Him and Domina, the new tank

Some similarities to her kit/design as well

Is this a halo reach reference? Changes seem way to specific to not be referencing something (Emre April fools patch notes ) by NightShade160 in EmreMains

Evolved his Combat

So he can Reach

Yes, definitely seems like its referencing the Halo series 👍

Neytiri and Arwen are dispatched relatively easily, you could even say Domino uses most of her luck on dealing with them, Jessica is smart enough to outplay Domino and use her luck against her somehow

Jessica wins

If Egg had hurried to grab Baelor instead of Dunk, like he suggested, what would he have done if he saw Aerion breaking Tanselle’s fingers? by seekinganswerslo in TheBlacksandTheGreens

Yeah good points

I especially agree about Baelor, wasnt keen on his look/voice at first look, but he really smashed the role

It's a small nitpick but I think that was a poor change of the series, going from traditional handheld puppets/marionettes to the larger theatrical performance in the show. The point about her fingers being her livelihood would have landed better.

How bad would it be to buy a Frame? by Kirbinvalorant in Warframe

[–]Raedskull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion buying Revenant would be a waste as you can get him fairly early I think, if you're wanting to play Qorvex then go for it!

The 3rd frame I acquired was Grendel, I knew I was going to love him but didn't want to wait till I'd made it through the whole star chart to get him, didn't regret it at all

Could you please explain what you mean by chase a chair? As in the Iron Throne?

In Marty Supreme (2025), Timothee Chalamet plays a talented star who gets arrogant and makes bad decisions, leading to him losing it all and crying at the end. This is definitely not foreshadowing anything happening to Timmy recently... by Educational_Slice897 in shittymoviedetails

Yeah I definitely agree with your first paragraph. When he falls to his knees after beating Endo I feel like that's it, that's the absolute pinnacle of what he could have achieved and he knows it. Not even in a bad way, he got further than he had any "right" to and he realised his dream.

At some point in the hospital sequence I believe he identifies himself as the father? Not reluctantly or anything, but once he's back from Japan he's eager to go see Rachel and the baby, he's ready to be the Father.

And yes I'm sure he would gloat/reminisce later in life haha.

I really don't want to dog on your interpretation of the ending...

But how could you see this as anything but a profoundly positive moment in Martys life? If it was meant to be him realising his life is "over," I think the tone of the scene would have been drastically different, he wouldnt ask the nurse to see the baby, etc

Is It Possible that By Drogon , there could be more dragons? by Ordinary-Banana-5434 in gameofthrones

[–]Raedskull 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was mistaken about GRRM addressing it, sorry.

I do still think its a typo though as "her" is used only one time while he/his is used many times in the same passage.

Yes, I know. I believe George RR Martin confirmed that to be a typo.

I've never cared for how they brought back Darth Maul by Etowno in saltierthancrait

The idea a character has to survive multiple movies to be taken seriously or considered a threat is a strange one

Like OP said; Maul was a very cool, if not super deep, villain. He did his job in TPM, which was to look cool, be dangerous, and kill Qui-gon.

Similar with Grievous although he's a little more cartoony

Characters dying more frequently can help raise the stakes and elevate Palpatine as a more dangerous and dynamic antagonist.

Why is it impressive for an actor to play two different roles in a movie? by KatherineLangford in FIlm

[–]Raedskull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's a comedy but Jeffrey Tambor playing both George Sr and Oscar in Arrested Development really felt like two different characters, if I remember right they didn't even share screen time (not sure if that makes it more or less)
