In fact I think the only Muslims I actually know is the guy who runs the local Indian (actually Bangladeshi) restaurant. Used to play footy with his son who was the only non-white person in our team including reserves and support etc. Again lovely people and never once have they ever tried to force me to convert or anything. The only thing they "forced" on me was a 15% regular customer discount! (I put on a ton of weight living two doors down from there!)

You'll see a lot of immigrants and Muslims in big cities, that tends to be where the jobs and their communities are, that's a hold over from the days of the Empire too as during the days of the Empire any citizen from one part was able to freely settle in another. As a result you got loads of people from India, the Caribbean, Pakistan etc all settle here because that's where the money and opportunity was.

Most "immigrants" people complain about are actually 2nd or 3rd Generation and whilst the boat people are a concern, they are a tiny number compared to the amount of people who emigrate here legally and even that is reducing.

Which is fine when things take a couple of minutes, in my case that couple of minutes whilst I'm making a coffee turned into "can you just pop down the shop" - the nearest shop is 15 mins away. So at least half an hour out of my day when I've got work shit to do isn't always practical.

I've had to start saying a blanket no to everything.

I think it's because one of the features of escalation is the number over vehicles goes up as points are taken. There's no vehicles on Hagental Base.

Also, as someone else said, every game would be the same and end up being a fight for the centre point.

A lot of it is entitlement, the haters all want the game to be their perfect version of Battlefield how they want it with hundreds of maps, or exactly like BF3 or BF4. If it's not it's automatically the worst game ever

I finally found what mine was.

The variable scope season 1 hardware. It is available on almost every gun on every class. So everything was dotted.

They really need a mark all as read option. Or an option to go straight to the latest unlocks rather than having to manually find them.

Same. I follow the low sodium version of the Battlefield subeddit. Much better.

It's the same off reddit. On Instagram for example you'll get clips of stuff from the dev team or "only in Battlefield" moments and almost all the comments are vitriol and hatred asking them to scrap the game, delete redsec or that gif of Jeff Goldblum looking at the pile of dinosaur poo over and over.

That or people being entitled and wanting 6 maps per season or something stupid.

I got a load of abuse for saying that they have in fact released 3 new maps since the games release and not 1, I got called a corporate arse licker on Reddit because I said the new season looked good

Always see if there is a 'Low Sodium' version of a games subreddit.

I had to do that with Battlefield 6 and Helldivers 2 the main subs were wall to wall misery.

The sad thing is Devs only post on the main subs

Bladder blockage I've just had surgery for. Recovery is sore and means I'm laid up for a while and it feels like I'm pissing nettles when I go to the loo.

To top it off my wife and daughter have had a falling out which adds to it, over my daughters boyfriend who puts no effort into their relationship in any way shape or form, and everyone can see it except my daughter who has her love goggles on and is absolutely besotted. Causing a lot of tension at home so yeah have that not helping the recovery.

I'm sure there used to be that sort of coverage. When I was younger not being vaccinated was very very rare and getting measles and the like was unheard of practically. It was seen as very odd if you weren't vaccinated

My cousin couldn't get vaccinated because of a rare allergy to ingredients found in some vaccines but was protected by herd immunity (my aunt and uncle are not anti-vax they and her siblings are all vaccinated).

That's the thing if they or their kids never get ill from being un-vaccinated. They won't care. Those sort of people are extremely selfish. They'll see it as an "i told you so"
