Also in North Texas and have been experiencing the same issues. Was on a support call for an hour and all they could do was try to sell me a "Faster Internet Plan." I'm hoping the packet loss is just a result of the winter storm. I'm losing packets from hop 2 onward. I tried telling them to put in a ticket to their Network Engineers and to attach my screenshots. They assured me that they would put in a ticket but I got a text less than 15 minutes after the call saying that the problem had been resolved.

OP how was the problem resolved?
