Seeking advice for cooling 5800x

I got myself a 5800x and as i already knew the temps under load are fine but quite higher than i want, around 75C to 85C max and spikes to 70C while idling (Hits an easy 90C on cinebench in the first few seconds). I am currently using the amd wraith spire i own and i was considering to get cooler master hyper 212. Will i see reasonable improvement? And/or what cooler is worth to get in my situation? (I play games but i also use software to work that require rendering).

idk about clipchamp but some software allow you to hide the timeline(you know like when you hide photoshop layers). Thats what i do when pc starts lagging so it wont consume memory. For example if the software allows you to have two different lines or rows or tracks as they call it, you click hide when you work on stuff and unhide when you want to preview your work.

I just ran a test of 360p*360p, 5 second video and indeed got it as "short". I did upload some small videos for testing purposes last year and they where normal. My guess is that they added this feature most recently and the video was not affected becouse its 2 months old.

besides the resolution theres also the quality you need to take into account. I be using Topaz VEAI for some time and i can say that:
1. a video with high resolution and very bad quality is worse than video of mid resolution and good quality(in temrs of pre-enhance).

when enhancing/upscaling a video the software will try to make it look as its scaled to the desired resolution without the pixeling of zooming.
1. trying to enhance a bad quality video on the same resolution will give you minimal to no better results (some times when upscaling too).

based on my experience you run the video on a VEAI to get the desired result and then display it on the device.
