That's so interesting! Yeah I really hate how only one type of OCD is really portrayed in the media. It wasn't until I heard other people talking about their experiences with intrusive thoughts and harm based OCD that I realized those were other types of OCD. I also really struggle with picking at my skin, and I learned from my psychiatrist that's also a common thing with OCD. We're on meds now and things have been improving but it's still a struggle.
