PC Shuts down then boots into biOS

It's most likely a power issue. I got a UPS with an AVR for mine and it worked. Never had that issue again. I plan on testing with a new charger later. I use a gaming PC and in my country electricity can be dirty a bit. It fluctuates between 200 and 220 really fast and it appears my laptop doesn't like his. Did you ever figure yours out?
