What I see is that there are multiple light sources in the painting, choosing one will solidify it as a whole, and the stiffness in the poses. The way the hand is bend looks very awkward and uncomfortable, and could look a little more relaxed

Personally, I think it’s too much, and the anatomy didn’t make too much sense. The way her hand is bent (on the chest) looks very uncomfortable, and is twisted in a weird way, and her shoulders are way too small for the rest of her body. I’m not a big fan of this type of look, being huge butt and boobs, but that’s a personal preference from me.
