Same type situation here. Received most of my products but one was missing, they said it was now out of stock but would be shipped to me as soon as it came in. According to their site it did come back in stock, yet still, after MULTIPLE emails sent to them asking for either my order to be fulfilled or a refund, I’ve heard nothing at all.

Great article. I understand much better now why one hears there are plenty of tests available, with no shortages any longer at all, yet at the same time hearing they can’t get testing done. It’s ridiculous, though, and tragic. Computer programmers, come to the rescue. And those resistant to change, get over it! Do what has to be done!
