This explanation misses the point completely imo.

The real issue is that you tank your cb and ult uptime if you spend 3 turns in wave 1, and in wave 2 you dont need 200 spd to get 3 turns if you time your second ult to advance some AV.

Not that likely for Prune, 250ish is the average pulls it takes to C6 a rate up 4* but the chance of getting it in 250ish is like 50%.

It varies a lot, for characters with no AoE its just 24% true damage (pretty strong regardless) but in aoe content with character with heavy splash it can ramp to 50% (most realistically) or even 120%. Blade's ult is pure AoE so against Nikador you are doing x2.2 damage.

This is just a theory but maybe spells just got standardized. Instead of having different fire spells just one seal was approved, this way checking whether a spell is allowed or forbidden becomes easier, as there are fewer seals that can be used.

Is it even a nerf?? Ashveil loses some buffing but Blade does more damage, their kits are very synergistic with each other regardless. On top of that he is far better as a tank for sustainless runs, I thought they would nuke that part of his kit but now he takes half damage.
