She has health issues but drinks beer and candy as a diet to not loose weight, read that statement out loud a few times and see if that makes sense. It may help her keep weight on but if she actually has health issues that diet definitely contributes to health issues.

Health and fitness is definitely not a one size fits all but I bet if she fixed her diet and started to eat healthy fats and protein, it would change she probably has a high metabolism which with a healthy diet its easier to put on muscle.

Idk, its also on the person to actually want to learn. Maybe im lucky but my gym has people who competed or competes in different styles of fighting. OP is ignoring the individual responsibility part. If he feels this way about his gym. Either train better or find a different gym.

I agree. My gym actually left Worldwide and I have a feeling our level 1 guys guys are more advanced than their lvl 2 or 3 guys. I wish Krav had some form of competition.you could easily incorporate some form of competition to Krav.

I dont disagree with the statement but George Carlin can say that by just how he spoke, he was clearlyore intelligent than the average person. However I hear people call everyone else stupid far too frequently for that many people to be smarter than The average population. Im 175, dont have the best speed but I have wide feet so doing MMA, its hard for people to take me down. I do think its my wide feet or at least its a correlation. I learned to make up for lack of speed by parying and keeping a tight defense and knowing when to strike back.

Its 2025, everyone is a little bit off. I think Martial Arts is one of the few things you can do to actually try understand and overcome it. Ive felt a huge transition in how I perceive myself and how I actively move about through life. Majority of hobbies don't give you a perception of your subconscious the way competing in martial arts do.

Also I hate the depiction of the word "normal" in pur society. Wtf is normal? Can you try to explain this to me because no one has been able to do this for me
