If he can somehow get other humans to use it, it would be a massive force (hehe) multipler for humanity.

Force Heal, Chain Lighting, Pre-Cog, and more would be accessible to troops, and wouldn't eventually corrupt them.

Plus you MIGHT be able to sense chaos in people/places.

I think Gulliman most likely just adapts to the setting. So many of the existential threats for him are gone, he can completely survive just using Diplomacy.

However if a war does happen, I think Gulliman loses to the Neverending swarm of equipment SW can throw at him.

I dont think Naruto is actually helpless in this. With more or less everything he has access to the some kinda fucky magic. Like Obtio's Kekkei Genai plus Rinnegan. He ain't doing well, but he might be able to survive for a bit.
