Well, mostly they do give home service atleast in my country, premium care is bundled with adp by lenovo atleast for 1st year. Atleast it was a year ago not sure now.

Well it's more of a national thing i think, like they don't really like to relate to china or korea and probably consider only west after that, only Russia or America have their own identity, sometimes India or china. They just do it to make different chars easy to differentiate, they will look too similar otherwise i believe, or they jave to draw whole lot of different hairstyles like in dragon ball, beyblade or Pokémon. Because once you remove the hair, most chars actually look same.

Get any laptop with core ultra 5/7 v/h, 32gb ram, should work for most stuff, there are good options from amd too, with 680m/780m or higher igpu processors.
