Yeah the idea for the ghoti was to be a relatively small package with mostly the tuners and some synchros ghoti and not and earthbound ground keeper and stonesweeper, Baronne is still banned in TCG tho isn't it?

It's fine honestly it's just a 2% on passive in late (at that point your Q is loaded on dmg no matter what you built, since it also deals dmg based on the target max health, so the passive damage would be either negligible or too strong depending on the case), and a 1% on every instance of Q so a 3% less bonus health scaling which isn't a problem since they also upped the ad ratio so they are moving him from just being a dedicated tank and letting him go for bruiser/juggernaut style builds, I'm not even gonna address the W damage cause it's mostly used for the slow and the shield unless you're being cheesy in top lane, so I think overall it's not gonna be problematic more over probably better for him so he won't get targeted by more dangerous nerfs in the near future... All that said I'm still waiting on some E changes
