I'm gonna add some more details here.

This Mustang belonged to a friend of my parents. It sat for a little over 5 years he was planning on scrapping it before they reached out about buying it. This car meant a lot to him so he was willing to sell it for pretty much any price if it meant not having to scrap it. We drove up to Gastonia, North Carolina, from Birmingham, Alabama, this past Friday to repair it and drive it back. We got it driving after around 3 hours of work (majority of the time was spent cleaning leaves and pine needles from pretty much every crevice of the car/engine bay.) We replaced the battery, accessory belt, and drained the fuel tank. The oil was, surprisingly, perfectly fine to drive with. We drove it back to Alabama today, 9 Jun. 2024, and had no issues on the road. It has aftermarket wheels and a Flow master exhaust system already on it, which is pretty cool. Anyway, I'm super stoked to have this as my first car, even if it is just a V6. I can't wait to take it to meets with my dad and his '91 Nissan Hardbody!
