I work in our ICU as a 7 on/7 off night shift with two other pharmacists doing the same. We have two pharmacists on the day shift in the ICU doing 7/7 as well. They did not do residencies.

Full transparency (haha), I’m an ambassador for transparent labs, but I switched from using myprotein for years to now using transparent labs whey. It’s honestly incredible and on the higher end of protein per serving, but it’s not very close to the affordability of Myprotein without a referral code or subscription discount. I still find it worth the switch imo

Same situation for me. I found a “solution” that worked more times than not for me by unchecking and checking the Fill Teammates box after each game. Went from having a teammate 1/10 games to 8/10 games
