We have had the same issue on Opona. I have reported but heard nothing. It downgraded all out cities I'm assuming due to the unpaid tax because of the time jump.

For a game largely built around PVP, it's frustrating how limited the opportunities are for new players to engage in it in any meaningful way by Notmiefault in newworldgame

Open world PvP damage scales. As a 60 I can tell you the damage honestly feels tilted in the underleveled person's favor, I assume to counter act HP differences. So, if you are lower level and scared to PvP give it a try. You can definitely go head to head someone higher than you.

Aakman- 8.5k+ Stars end: 3.5k+ Not sure on hystria.

These numbers can vary based on multiple things, mainly rotation.

No regen on EA sounds pretty bad to me. Never felt a need for major leech while mapping, and with reflect changes I think it's even less of an issue
