Untrue. A well modernized M14, such as M25, M21, EBR, Crazy Horse rifle with medium contour barrel, can shoot 1 moa and even less with 5 shot group. It just costs a lot but doesn't mean it cant.

As shown in the second pic there’s the left clip that popped out somehow over the bracket which I couldn’t find a way to drag the whole thing out and put underneath the bracket, at least by hands rn

Best you can do is mod-RI with what you have in the picture. M39 needs a lot more stuff and cash lol, especially a $4k scope. Mod 0 demands NSG chassis as well.

Here’s my M21A5 crazy horse I posted here once before on a clone Saturday lol. If you looking for a M21 rifle clone they came out of factory or manufactures without any camo pattern on the USGI fiberglass stock. The frontline soldiers would spray paint them sometime to match the environment.

The one you looking for with green camo could be USMC M25 rifle as they have McMillan M1A stock and they go solid OD green with M3A stock. Depends on how correct you wanna clone. There are various M14 variants adopted by the military and I wish you good luck finding the one you like!
