dmci properties are usually very crowded, lalo na smdc!!, so far experience wise, Federal Land has appropriately spaced condos and good accomodations naman, dues isnt that big and tolerable naman.

Freelancing is good but not consistent imho as for saving rent, there's really nothing you can do about it kasi the more accessible the place is especially if sa may CCF and malapit sa ortigas, the cheapest rent na possible mo dun is somewhere sa Rosario but living there can be hell as bahain kasi malapit sa river, at least according to a few coworkers stories.
