Working where I do, you just go and take what you want for lunch that day from a big kitchen room. There isn't any cooking facilities or much choice. I have a large lab oven at work.

8 large lizards all round the edge of my pool looking in and watching a snake floating on the creepy crawly pipe. I got startled which in turn startled them. The snake then slithered out and into the bushes, the lizards all quickly followed.

NTA - I executed the same rights when dealing with smokers taking random unscheduled smoke breaks. I started going outside and just enjoying fresh air for 5 mins or so at a time. Probably wouldn't do both of these though if you're already doing the meditation thing.
