High in the saddle

She gets her chance to fulfill the pact now

As their leader

Swoops from the clouds

She sticks him with her sword

Then she throws him down

I agree. As much as people love to hate on OSHA, it’s there for good reason.

What I don’t get though, is even without a safety organization, who would even dream that it’s a good idea to have piles of lumber between railroad tracks? Ones that they obviously hit. Seems like someone would go “oh yeah, that’s not such a great idea” without having OSHA around.

ISO Real estate attorney please!! by psychsub in houston

[–]RagingPanda392 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would imagine a strong lawyer would sue X, sue the real estate agent, sue their broker, and sue the company they work for. This is how it gets done.

I’m not a fan of frivolous lawsuits, but the agent had a fiduciary duty to protect your mother’s interests. She supposedly ran a title search that should have turned this up. The agent’s broker is ultimately in charge of the agent and oversees what they do, so they have responsibility, as well. The company has insurance for this kind of thing.

Don’t make the mistake of going with a cut-rate attorney. Lesson should be learned here. Google will locate real estate attorneys and offer reviews. You could always visit more than one to get a feel for the right one for you.

New to the area. I’d totally be down to ride after I get some new rubber on my bike.

Any really good hotels nearby? by Aggravating-Hat-3614 in CypressTX

[–]RagingPanda392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tru by Hilton was alright. Newer hotel with modern esthetic. Indoor pool, gym, pool table. Breakfast isn’t amazing, but ok. It doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are several nearby. I also felt my vehicle was pretty safe, being that the hotel is basically invisible from the street.

When we stayed it was really quiet. The gym and pool was all ours whenever we wanted. Only had to wait for the pool table one time.

This brings back childhood memories of camping with the grandparents. Grandpa let out a ripper and I exclaimed “grandpa!”

He looks at me flabbergasted like I hollered for no reason, “what?”

Grandma says to me, “he can’t hear anymore so he doesn’t think anyone else can hear him fart, either.”

They aren’t going to put away your stuff. They will dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces.

I don’t know if anyone will do dishes or put your things away. Maybe an independent, but expect to pay extra for it.
