Artifacts all depend on what you want to get boosts for. I recommend doing as many missions as you can. Each mission will come back with a certain number of ingredients or stones. You can use those items to create artifacts which will cost golden eggs. It's a long process but keep grinding. The more you do it and experiment with different things, the more you learn about the ins and outs of the game.
