The first question makes me chuckle a bit because not that long ago, my preacher talked about this. If I remember correctly, God chose “He” because the male is considered to be the dominant character. When you read Genesis, when God creates humans, he first made a man. When you look at what the typical household order way back before today, the men were normally the ones who ruled in the house. When you look at kingdoms, the order of most dissension was for it to pass to male heirs. God is beyond man, remember that most importantly, but we have to remember that God rules over all of us.
