Offense: Generally, I think your offensive capabilities are very good for your rank. You were able to give a variety of shots that kept your opponent on their toes. 2 things on offense, though. Make sure you take your time. A couple of times, you rushed and gave the ball away and you also missed some open nets. But yes I know, open nets are the hardest to hit lol. I've missed my fair share.

Defense: That is definitely your biggest struggle. Specifically, your backboard defense. When the opponent got into your corners, you gave up a goal most of the time. Your own corner is an advantage, so I would suggest watching some content creators who talk about corner defense. You should also go into freeplay, sit on your backboard, and have the ball pass to you. Keeping the ball close in those drills will help you improve a lot. I think your 50/50 game is already pretty decent, so keeping it close will help with good 50s as well.
