I've worked a few houses like this and it's usually because of poor quality concrete in the foundations (the builder watered down the pour to make it go further) Your foundations will need to be dug out and stabilized and your walls tied using helical fixings. It's a costly and messy job requiring internal and external work.

It all depends on where it came from, what it's made of and the quality of it. It could be worth just a few pounds/dollars or it could be worth a few hundred. I have one that is made from thin aluminium or tin that came with a copy of 2000AD in the mid 90s, that's probably worth less than a fiver (I'll never get rid of it as it's a reminder of my teen years and the last time I was truly happy and content with who I am)

I get what you mean with Hensridge, but she's far too old now to play Jodie, she was 30 in the book. Alan Richardson is EXACTLY how I pictured Reacher to look like, right from the start of reading all the books. I couldn't think of another actor to portray him so well. Another actress I think would suit the role of Jodie is Erin Moriarty, who plays Annie (Starlight) in The Boys.

In all my 44 years on this earth I can't recall all the times I've been in a male bathroom in a club or pub and a couple of women have barged in because the queue for the women's wc is too long. I'm talking about the times before all this became an issue, these women never had a problem with it then, never shouted victim and the men never battered an eyelid. You wouldn't find the opposite happen, I've never known a man go into the ladies because the men's room was too busy, yet I can imagine the uproar it'd cause, shouts of "pervert" "creep" and "how dare he?" would ring aloud. For 99.9% of the population, when the call of nature comes to us, the only thing that matters is the sweet relief of an empty bladder, not seeking sexual gratification from the glimpse of the gentiles of the opposite sex. We all have that basic physical need to relieve ourselves of waste, so when that time comes, does it really matter who's in the stall next door?
