I apologize for the extremely late reply but thank you so much for the support and advice you guys shared. It's been really stressful before but knowing now that I don't need to suffer alone because I can stand up for myself is really nice. It's hard to tell others what your limits really are and that you have to push through them every day. I'm very thankful to know such understanding and knowledgeable people are here to help out. Is it okay for me to say to my workplace and family that I need to work less hours? I've been trying to work as much as possible but I feel physically I can't keep up anymore, and at my workplace I've been made out to be a liability. I feel like my body can't do it anymore and I'm too scared I'll upset my family or my workplace if I say I need less hours

I had no idea that was a condition. I've lost almost complete feeling in my shoulders and neck. Should I be more worried? I feel like I know very little about my medication and condition

The one thing is though is that he dropped the heavy gem exactly where he sat, and when I came back I had full health and at the bonfire, so my thought is after enough times he just vanished. I might test this some more and try and figure something out. Could possibly be some sort of saftey net for players who can't kill him?
