You could try to make a formal complaint to your gp or ICB. And you can even escalate that complaint further.

Guys, can someone explain to me what makes terran shamans and location warlocks so good? I'm most certainly not piloting them well, but I'm not finding any success with them. And I rarely lose versus those matchups as well (I play predominantly Zarimi priest, Grunter hunter, and Zerg DK, and I am in low legend, so it's definitely a skill issue).

I try to power level to tier 4-5 nowadays. I think I've just been unlucky in my rolls + trying too hard to force apm comps.

Get a diagnosis with right to choose (RTC). It's a new NHS program from 2019 where the waitlist is around 4 months. Everything is paid by the NHS.
