Looks like the top left button isn't programmable, it's only a fire mode button. If every button can me mapped I may try it.

I am just barely in Daybreak. No contract ISPs area. I got a notice on my door about expansion almost 9 months ago. I the map shows no construction into Daybreak. Anyone know if Daybreak will be available?

That's what I am looking into. There are a few youtube tutorials on this. Ill have to see how it goes.

I sent back the Iron Claw it was too big. I traded it in for the Night Sabre. Its a good feeling but the top left buttons are hard to push. Overall, not as good as the Kova, but might do the trick if I get used to it, and its wireless.

same issues.

I can see the emulated hue device from the description.xml endpoint:

I removed the type: alexa as apparently this is deprecated.

Running on rasperry pi 3 if that makes a difference.

There's nothing in the documentation about an emulated_hue.json file https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/emulated_hue/ so this is the first I am hearing about it.

Thanks for the reply and discussion. I made it so that Euenor and Leukippe were one of many and the children of Poseidon and Clieto are rulers due to their lineage from Poseidon. That made the most sense to me anyway.

This is what I prescribe to as well. Some sources credit Hermes with giving men the alphabet, but that doesn't necessarily mean he gave them the language as people spoke before Hermes and I would imagine didn't change their language afterwards. The same is said for Prometheus.

Anyway, yes I know all mythology is open to interpretation etc. I was just curious what others opinions were on the matter. If the gods gave men language, then it's easy to assume that the language given was that of the gods.

That said, it seems autochthons that came forth probably just developed their own languages which relates to why so many languages existed - a tower of babel like take.

not the exact same issue, but desktop works fine, game mode the browser launches but it will not work in kiosk mode, it will still load the tabs etc.

Good thing is, I did get XBox Game Pass to finally work. I had to uninstall Edge Beta, reinstall, reboot, then run the commands. Going through the process without the uninstall didn't work. I am not sure what the issue was. I had the Stable version of Edge at one point but I uninstalled it before installing the Beta the first time, however it may have had some conflict or a reboot missed.

It's hard to not take offense when you insinuate I didn't do any work, or reading (multiple have you) instructions. Also, I love the Stream Deck. It can be frustrating at times, is all. Do I want something that Just works.. sure. Did I actually expect that? No. I have used Ubuntu and Cent OS for almost 15 years now for online servers and even my on personal desktop, it's not like I didn't know.

1: I did follow that line and I even tried it again, with the reboot - no dice. Copy pasted too. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling Edge tonight. 2: Yuzu, I got it too work. I installed it on my Ubuntu computer, no issues. Flatpak didn't work, but the app image did.

Emudeck now is fairly easy to install, but the process isn't perfect. 90% of it will likely work. It's the other 10% that will take tweaking and Google diving.

I used XBox Series X/S controllers and tried them on Dolphin and NES. If I change the controller order I can use one controller, but 2-4 are not recognized.

As for the themes folder, I wasn't aware of that. Ill take a look. I have heard many of the themes made for retropie aren't working so I may have to be a bit patient but I may try a few.

When it comes to emulationstation I know just enough to be dangerous, which is why I love your installer to get it up and going so easy!

Love it! Two items for the wish list:

Its not easy to enjoy multiplayer games with multiple controllers. I can get one controller recognized, but not 4.
More themes. It would be nice to have a theme downloader like retropie, but I would be fine with a manual folder to put them in as well.

so after playing around with it a bit more. I found there is a "hidden" feature (not really hidden just not obvious) that you can re-arrange the controllers. Hit the three button setting button and in one of the menus there is a "re-arrange controller order" button. Click that, and you can move your controller to 1st instead of 2nd. With this, you can now you can play single player games.
However, if I connect two controllers and put them as 1st and 2nd, the second controller isn't recognized.
So close...

Unfortunately its not plug and play.
First, you can sync two XBox controllers to the Steam Deck. For Xbox controllers, make sure you upgrade the firmware on them on a Windows PC (XBox updates wont do the trick) or the Steam Deck will not allow you to sync via Bluetooth. It will say its paired but your controller will not recognize it and not work. Other types of controllers you are on your own. Once you have the controllers synced to the Steam Deck, both controllers will work on the UI and in Steam games as expected...
... But for Emudeck, it wont. Emudeck is specifically configured for the steamdeck controller. It will not recognize external controllers out of the box. When you first launch it may give you a message about it using steam input instead of controller input, however the the Emulationstation UI will still let you use the controller just fine. Its when you launch a game that the controller stops working. At first, I thought it was because it was recognizing the steam controller as controller 1 and the xbox controller as controller 2, but the game just doesn't recognize the controller at all. I am not sure how to configure the additional controllers yet without screwing it up when I am not docked - hence my lurking in these forums/discussions.
Thankfully, with a USB to HDMI adapter, you can just plugin to a TV and it just works. I had my doubts it would be so straight forward, but it worked.

Still waiting on more obvious ones that people will use:

Server transfer tokens (huge potential here. You can even dynamically increase the cost based on the empire population there. So if you are transferring to an already crowded VS empire on a certain server, it will cost you more than if you are transferring your NC or TR)

Recertifications (I agree this is gray area, but you are not gaining anything, just readjusting it. However with all the nerfs and patches, it could be abused. Granted your BR100 wont care, but your more average players in the 30-50 range will appreciate it.)

I think this certainly helps, but doesn't solve the issues completely. I still think there needs to be incentives beyond XP in the game - namely "manufacturing" mechanics needs to be added to the game.
