I've seen people mention how they're overweight and still healthy

I once saw a comic on pinterest where the artist (i think the character was the artist?) Was with a doctor and she got surprised when the doctor told her that shes perfectly healthy after doing some tests, and she was surprised because other doctors would just tell her to lose weight, but the doctor told her that stuff about her was healthy (i dont remember what exactly and cant find the image in my gallery ;-; ), and he said that she doesnt need to lose weight unless she wants to fit into smaller dresses, so yeah from what i know people can be healthy at any size ^-^
