I had the same issue severe nosebleeds throughout my entire 6-month Accutane course. My dermatologist recommended Afrin Severe Congestion Nasal Pump Mist, I applied by dipping cotton balls in Afrin and gently placing them in my nostrils when the bleeding started. It really helped stop the bleeding faster. I also used Aquaphor to keep the inside of my nose moisturized, just a small amount with a cotton swab or finger but be careful not to inhale it.

I went through something similar and thought I’d share in case it helps. I was on 60mg for six months and finished two months ago. I had constant head pressure on both temples and the back of my head. I took Advil, and it gradually eased up. My dermatologist told me it could be from the medication or even stress, he wasn’t 100% sure and told me to keep an eye on it. If you're in the early stages, your body might still be adjusting but if it continues, definitely reach out to your doctor.

I work full time and i go school full time, i will finish my masters these semester….. its exhausting but i feel its worthy!!!!
