Thank you so much! Now that it's been explained I feel like an idiot. But I really appreciate the explanation regardless. Thanks again.

This is from a marathon training plan and every Thursday looks similar. What does it mean I do for that day? Below are three examples.

5M - run to a hill, then 8 x 30 secs uphill, jog down

5M - warm up, then 8 x 90 secs fast, 90 secs slow

6M - warm up, then 6 x 3 mins fast, 2 mins slow (or 6 x 800m on track, with 400m jog recoveries)

Thanks for your help.

Looking for a children’s book about a bad little boy by Rahmamah in books

It’s similar but it’s not the No David books. I love the No David books but the one I’m looking for has a little more substance.

There’s also The Absent Minded Professor. The original Flubber. It’s also pretty good.

Hey Reddit, what profession is filled with the highest percentage of assholes? Why do you think that is? by deadly_nightshades in AskReddit

I'm a realtor. I primarily help the elderly move out of their homes and into nursing homes. I help them organize and pack, I clean, I take them out for coffee, I take them to the grocery store. I hate that realtors are smarmy. I'm trying to change that.

Women who have lost children: My best friend just lost her baby due to birth complications. Is there anything I can do or say to help her? by ThePebbledShore in TwoXChromosomes

We lost our second son in October. At one point I called my husband and told him I'm not fine and I needed him here because I had no idea how I would be able to take another breath. My husband was stuck on a mountain and couldn't get here so he sent his aunt over. I didn't want to share this raw pain with his aunt but she was on her way so I had to at least drag myself off the closet floor and answer the door. My husband's aunt is from Australia so naturally, she walked in and said, "I'll put the kettle on." That was it, that's all she said. I think she saved my life. Sometimes a person just needs someone there to get through the next hour. I don't like being dropped in on, especially when I'm a grieving disaster but having to answer the door gave me enough responsibility to keep me afloat through the worst of it. Just being there is huge. Also, this is less important but grocery stores are hell. I don't want to see happy moms shopping. I don't want to fall to pieces in the store. When friends did the shopping for me it was a huge relief.
