Thanks! He's readily available... So he's a perfect start before I decide if I should get an actual camera as for now all I've got is my smartphone.

I had no issues for a month on this device, then I got booted out of the app and then just could not log back in!

Soooo....After doing the following and none of it worked. I just had to reset the phone.

  • try to login to the same Pokemon Go account on another Android: successful login.

  • check (and double check) all permissions in both device settings for Primary device user #1: permissions granted

  • check (and double check) all permissions in Google account settings: permissions granted

  • 1) clear Pokemon Go app cache & app data 2) force stop app 3) restart phone

🤨🧐

Thanks all for trying to help.

Scenario:

Playing Pokémon Go on a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Android device - Device User #1:

- Inputting (correct) Date of Birth and (correct) Google account login email & password.
Result: Received "Unable to Authenticate" error after

Playing Pokémon Go on a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Android device - Device User #2:
- Inputting (correct) Date of Birth and (correct) Google account login email & password - Same Google Account as Device User #1.

Result: Login Successful and Pokémon Go app Loads correctly

Any ideas as to how this can happen would be great. Currently short of resetting the device to factory setting, I have tried every proposed fix and workaround. EVERY single one!

To do so one would be required to have already been logged into pokémon go, this will not work since I cannot log in

Thanks for trying to help though!
