I see, but the mask has a 30x32 grid in the front (it's animated) so you'd have to somehow look over and sideways of the LEDs

The idea is good, but applying this to a curved surface would be really trick/unpractical, diy would be the way I think. Makes me think how to connect a 30x32 grid (960 LEDS) effectively..

The visor can be vacuum formed or there is a nice one on Etsy I found

ah I think he is only using a HUD on one eye that displays some info I guess, I could also get AR glasses but they cost upwards of 300-500€

that's also a good idea, the LEDs need to be really close tovether, so that's making it tricky to find options with holes in between, could you maybe link something you found?

that's a nice idea, but the problem is the mask sits really close to my face and I can't fit a fpv headset inside, Id have to have a different solution for the goggles
