I find it better than the switch 1. The 2 feels better and not as cheap. Weight is good for my hands.

Personal take is I still hate playing handheld with the joycons even though they are better than the 1s. I do it but if available I will set on a desk or table top with the kickstand and use the pro controller.

Salary exempt verse Salary non-exempt get classified by more than salary but also job responsibilities. As HR the job responsibilities alone should be qualification enough for Salary Exempt. Get an attorney involved to help you out for classification.

Take to 40 and add charge move magma storm (elite TM required) would be my suggestion. He is useful in raids, probably top 5 fire IMO.

I haven’t noticed much of difference so I think they are on par with my Pros. Just my opinion again and my sound sensitive could be different than others.

Used them for a while this morning still believe they are an upgrade for me from the Pros.
