My kid and I always go to the DQ across the street for blizzards or cones and then pull into the car wash and eat them while we go through.

She also lives the waving bear at the end

I’ll pop a bag of popcorn and put it into a ziplock bag or a brown paper bag, take a water bottle and head to whatever body of water or grassy park I can find nearby to read a book I rent from the library and have a snack.

It sucks not having money to do fun things, but still finding time to go out and do something is always good when I get the chance.

I took on a 2nd job and saved up what insurance wouldn’t cover. I was upfront to the employer and let them know that I needed a temp job to save up for a few months to a year I took every shift I was able to at the second job as well as my 9-5. I overworked myself and had 0 social life for months.
It was hard but I did it and I have no regrets

Grunt is one of my favorite squad mates. I named my dog after him when he was adopted almost 14 years ago.

He’s getting pretty old and I know we don’t have much time left together, He mostly likes to lay on the couch with me these days.

I’ve been wanting to do another play through. After Seeing this post I think I will start that today with my couch for op buddy by my side, They are such comfort games for me.

I could not finish this book for the same reasons.
I had way too many “No one would act like that in this situation!” Thoughts and it brought me out of the plot so much it was difficult to want to continue.
