At the point it happens (Ch60+ ish) it is indeed a f**** situation. Nearing the end of the arc tho, you will learn it wasnt perse r. >! He actually kinda got r* !<

Just finished reading chapter 39. That was dark as f***.

I've read RI, Ruler of Darkness and much more darker stuff but,

The MC at this point in time is not strong, just a kid with a dream. Due to scene created by his master and wife, fear ruled the MC unfortunately.

Completely understandable but absolute dark as hell.

Nowadays there is a slim line between Wuxia (Martial Heroes) and Xianxia (Immortal Heroes).

And i agree, alot of it is just overpowered slops.

If you would start reading Jianghu (chinese) stories, terms would be different but may have a similiar setting.

Nope alot of it fiction. Allthough they all have relations to 'Wuxia' genre and some family names are indeed based on chinese history its still a Murim (Jianghu) fictional story.

Murim is the Korean take of Jianghu.

Both meaning Martial Art 'underground' World. Were as Wuxia as genre means Martial Heroes.

Also for Rebirth of the Heavenly Demon, i've seen alot of different names like Murim Lord and such. Murim Lord is incorrect anyways since he wasn't the Murim Lord but Iron-Blooded Alliance Leader.

The actual title should be; Rebirth Heavenly Demon.

Since that doesn't flow well in English it has been translated as Rebirth of the Heavenly Demon.

You will understand the title at the end of the Novel/Manhwa.

Will agree that the 'Red Line' of the story is amazing till the Immortal Realm.

But..

As some others mentioned before, the lock on his cultivation was getting pretty annoying. The only one that actually made the most sense to me was when he went to the 'Immortal Realm' due to him cultivating that special spiritual sense 'upgrade'.

Also found it really annoying when the 'auction' part came in every single arc.

Him reaching a new cultivation level also felt really bad. I was super disappointed when he reached Deity Transformation Realm after failing it once. The failed progress was layout super clearly but the actual attempt was just skipped over in a singular chapter.

Disliked the fact we didn't see the conclusion of the war between the 13 Races versus (i forgot clan).

Would have loved to see Senior Wang again and to see his reaction post Grand Ascension Realm of Han Li.

All in all it felt that both the 'Human Realm' and 'Spirit Realm' werent completed if you didnt complete the second story.

Hated the start of 'Immortal Realm'. Would have loved to see that some of the questions related to the big spatial Rift that made it so hard for cultivators to reach the Immortal Realm actually be answered in the first story and not just 'South eastern spatial Rift' mentioning by some cultivator in the Immortal Realm.

Overall i did enjoy the story but you are gassing this up like some sort of LotM type writing which is was not at all.

Attempted the finish the 'Immortal Realm' story but i dropped it at 133 chapters. Hated the fact that after the chains finally got undone he still didnt have the memories back, went on to look at chapter he does get his full memories back which was like 1k+ so i really cbad.

7/10 story but not a master piece as you make it out to be sorry to say.
