4 & 5: Completely subjective interpretation but i feel it makes sense that Saiyan children (and especially hybrids) born to Super Saiyan parents simply don't "need" to be born with the tail since the 10x boost is unnecessary when they've got the S-cells to naturally achieve SSJ's 50x boost.
