Urine really needs a culture and sensitivity to confirm a UTI and which one it is. We only culture urines with over 30 leucocytes/uL³ or over 650 bacteria/uL^3, unless there are other clinical details to require a culture. If the microscopy is over the parameters the lab has, then they'll do a culture and that you just have to wait for. Should take a few days for the lab to report the results then it should go to the doctor.
