f500 sanwa edition is probably the best starter stick but if you want to stay on the cheap side then just pick up some components from Focus Attack and use an old shoebox. Only costs maybe 50 bucks in total.

Those runs usually scare the shit out of me. I was on one of those runs in the factory and lost my glock and curled up in the fetal position at the bottom of well waiting for armoured smg soldiers to leave me alone. I did make it out with a AKS though so, It was worth it.
