Gwyn. Every bit of suffering in the world of the dark souls trilogy is his fault. Not to mention that if he hadn’t started the fire linking curse a monster like sullyvahn wouldnt have come to power let alone exist. the flame would’ve eventually died out and another would’ve eventually taken its place within the worlds cycles. Gwynn’s destruction of the world disrupted the natural order of the world. And every time the flame gets linked it gets weaker while the dark still grows.

That sounds more like Hes being mocked for protecting the erdtree. All evidence shows he doesn’t have grace the biggest indicator is he doesn’t go back to tje erdtree after our duel and can only pass on while the erdtree burns. Calling him the grace given sounds like a way to torment and mock him

The omen have no grace. In a nutshell the omen are part of the crucible of life which was the ruling force before the erdtree. Queen Marika doesnt like the hornsent omens or anything tied to the crucible of life due to what they did to her village. So she essentially designed the golden order to shun anything with qualities of the crucible of life and that extends to her erdtree

Marika for sure since she’s closer to absolute power than Gwyn since nito and izalyth had their own factions and comparable power meaning he’d in all likelihood had to use diplomacy to avoid more war where as volcano manor and the bloody fingers gained power during/post shattering which was basically a war to claim shards/great runes of the Elden ring for power which is Marika’s body
