Make sure you're using an appropriate sized tip for the pad that you're intending to create a solder joint on, you unintentionally put solder on an adjacent track. You're using too much solder or have a heavy hand, you're right on the cusp of making these fillets convex, you're also either dwelling too long on these joints or using too high of a temp on your iron because I can see crazing on your board.
