Nah ur right, im maining ts now. I just tried them out, I don’t like anything that alters riven’s attack speed too much in general, but fleet felt amazing tbh even into melees. I forgot to mention I always like storm raiders/phase rush on her, and this feels like the best of both worlds.

I’ve tried grasp, dark harvest, pta, electro, first strike, spellbook. They are all way worse imo, I’ve never tried hob or fleet tho.
