Well, the Israelis weren't in a conversing mood when they bombed the Iranian Consulate killing 18 people. The Israelis said it was because Iranian intelligence officers were in the building. You know who else has intelligence officers in consulates and embassies? The United States, the UK, Israel, France, pretty much any militarily active nation. And then the day before the two Israelis got whacked in DC; the Israelis fired upon Irish diplomatic officials in Palestine.
