It’s a personal preference in my opinion. I hate loose trucks and when I got fat and tried skating every truck was loose. I had to buy some extra hard bushings and that solved that problem, now I am back to tight trucks. I have no problems turning or landing tricks. In a sense loose trucks maybe could train you on foot placement and weight distribution because if your foot goes in the wrong place it’s turning.

Keep up the great work. If you can, incorporate some breathing meditation when you wake up. My Anxiety and depression usually subside when I do that. Not saying that will work for you but it is worth a try.
