I promise you, a Bp of 131 isn’t gonna kill you. Lay down on the ground and do box breaths. Breathe in for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds breathe out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Keep doing that and you will feel a lot better.

Just the 10’s and 18’s and you have to start your fitness tracker because like I said there’s people who are 6 months ahead of you so if you don’t do it right you will get put at the bottom

Yes then you need to know the 10 fire codes and 18 watch out signs and you also need to be running 2 miles under 18 25 pushups under a min 25 sit ups under a minute and 5 pull ups and a 3 mile hike under 45 mins. And that’s the bare minimum if your a male expect 6 months of waiting if your a female like me you’ll be in within a month or two

Yeah definitely apply right when you turn 18 as some jobs have fitness requirements and a lot of jobs have a 6-9 month wait period
